As we go through life, we do not often have the time to dig deep and figure out the way forward. In this retreat, we will distill all that we have learned from our experiences in order to step onward with clear footing and the confidence to be authentic in all we do. The Big Island of Hawaii has an energy of it's own. There is a sense that when I step off the plan old barriers and patterns dissipate, and new aspects of Self begin to surface.
When we listen to the wisdom of our bodies, we get information that provides keys to where we are in our life processes. We will use inner sensing to attune to our internal ecosystem so we can connect more authentically with self and others. Yin or Restorative Yoga will be available each day of the retreat. We will be diving deeply to retore tension and trauma from our bodies,, with Myofascial Release practices by John Barnes, PT, ancient and profound Qi Gong movements, and inspirations from Dr. David Berceli's TREr method. There will be optional activities of Intentional Dance and Meditation as a group of three. This allows participants who are in healing practices and those in other professions to witness and collaborate with one another in a safe and supportive space.
There will be four days to explore the realms of the inner world using archetypes, dreams, tuning, forks, essential oils, and the Five Elements System, surrounded by natural beauty at a nurturing retreat space just above the Kealakekua Bay, where dolphins and turtles swim on a regular basis. We may even get to observe dolphins if we are lucky, during off time. Each participant will have an opportunity to create something, whether it be art, music or poetry, or thru a found object, to bring the experience into a concrete reality.
Date: November 6th - 12th, 2024, with the 4 Day Retreat Starting the Evening of November 7th - 11th, 2024.
Price of Retreat: $1,630 USD (Includes Double Occupancy Room Cost and Catered Lunches - a $500 Deposit is Due Before October 1st, 2024. Remainder of Payment is Due October 21st, 2024.
