Are you interested in taking your reflexology techniques and understanding to the next level? This will be a great learning opportunity for you!.
This two-part advanced reflexology class will be taught by Lisa Hensell, reflexology practitioner and instructor for over 25 years. She looks forward to sharing her unique and effective approach to reflexology.
In these two weekend classes you will develop your sense of understanding of reflex locations, textures and implications. We will review each system of the body, locate its organs reflexively on the feet, and learn to differentiate the messages each of the sometimes overlapping areas might offer. You will learn how to access each system of the body in a more knowledgeable way and will leave with a deeper sense of how to use your reflexology skills on others and on yourself.
In Advanced Reflexology, Part I we will begin with concepts and approaches to accessing each different system in the body. The remainder of Part I and the entirety of Part II will include attention and focus on each individual system of the body, as well as plenty of time practicing and receiving this detailed work during class. Part II of the class will build on the information learned in Part I.
Learning in person will give you the potent educational experience of FEELING the work and its effects as it's done on you throughout the weekend. It will offer you the chance to be guided and coached by an instructor as you learn. You will get to explore reflexology in a dynamic, kinesthetic, instant-feedback learning experience. The features of this in-person class simply can't be touched with online learning.
Ask your friends to join you in class and you'll not only learn how to work on each other but will have someone to practice and trade with after the class.
